These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the LullaBites online store (the "Store"). By browsing or shopping in the Store, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

4. Orders
All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. We may reject or cancel an order in cases of obvious pricing errors, signs of fraud, or false information; in such cases, we will refund the full amount to the same payment method.
5. Prices, Promotions, and Payment
Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and include free shipping. Pack discounts are applied automatically in the cart and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated. Payment is made when placing your order using credit or debit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, through Shopify's secure checkout with an encrypted connection. LullaBites does not store your card details. Your bank may apply currency conversion charges. We may change prices at any time; the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed will apply.
6. Shipping, Customs, and Taxes
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Any taxes or import duties applied by your country are the buyer's responsibility.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
