Refund and Returns Policy
At LullaBites, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. This policy explains how to handle replacements, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, with a broken seal, or doesn't match what you purchased, email us at lullabites@support.shop within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the product and packaging. We'll send you a free replacement or, if you prefer, issue a refund.
2. Lost packages
If the tracking number shows your package was lost in transit, or shows no movement for 30 days, we'll send you a free replacement or refund the full amount paid.
3. Returns for change of mind
You have 10 days from delivery to request a return. Since this is a dietary supplement, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept unopened bottles with the seal intact. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
4. How to request a return
- Email us at lullabites@support.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Do not send the package before receiving our confirmation.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll confirm your refund by email.
5. Packs and discounts
If you purchased a discounted pack and only return part of it, the refund is calculated based on the price you actually paid for each bottle within the pack.
6. Refunds
Once approved, the refund is credited to the same payment method used for the purchase (card, PayPal, or other), usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. The original shipping cost was free, so nothing is deducted from the refund.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. In that case, we'll refund the full amount paid. If the order has already shipped, the returns section applies.
